Heather joined our team in 2025, bringing with her a deep love for animals and the great outdoors. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her back at her farm, surrounded by her cats, dogs, and rabbits. Heather’s hobbies include hiking, crocheting, and biking with her family — always staying active and enjoying nature.

As a licensed wild bird rehabber, Heather cares for all species, from songbirds and waterfowl to raptors. Her passion for wildlife is unmatched, and she brings that same dedication to her work.

What Heather loves most about being part of the University West Pet Clinic and Starch Pet Hospital team is building lasting relationships with both clients and their beloved pets. It’s the connections she makes that truly make her job fulfilling.
